Founded in 2020, Heart of the Mountain Jewelers is an independently owned online jewelry business. Owner Mel Possehl has been in the jewelry industry for over 35 years. Possessing a multitude of industry, business, jewelry, diamond and gemstone certifications. Mel is specifically suited to assist those seeking a uniquely tailored approach to finding that beautiful piece for that special someone. Mel has a passion for gorgeous, high-quality jewelry pieces. Set in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, Heart of the Mountain Jewelers is very conscious of our beautiful world, with that in mind, many pieces are vintage or regenerated into new and beautiful pieces.

Our Services
At Heart of the Mountain Jewelers we offer concierge services, the ultimate in personalized service. This involves an individualized consultation to gather information, background and desires. After a detailed investigation, locating the highest quality, warranty and price, a comprehensive collection of potential pieces/ideas will be presented to the patron. Alternatives and timelines can then be discussed along with custom options. This service is offered at $495.00 plus an hourly fee.
Here at Heart of the Mountain Jewelers we take pride and care with all of your personal treasures, whether it be something you purchase from us, or somewhere else, our jewelers will keep your treasures looking new. We offer jewelry and watch repair, and individualized custom creations.

We stand behind all of our jewelry with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. We have a lifetime trade-up policy on all of our diamond jewelry, we will buy back your item that you purchased from us for the amount you originally paid.
